AWS Rebecca Crumpler High School Outreach Program September 26 from 8am-2pm | Grand Hyatt Washington
The Society of Black Academic Surgeons (SBAS) and the Association of Women Surgeons (AWS) are seeking to expand the Rebecca Lee Crumpler High School Outreach Program in Washington, DC. This initiative aims to introduce high school students- particularly young women from URiM backgrounds - to careers in medicine and surgery through mentorship, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities. This event is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the field of medicine and surgery. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
