AWS Keynote Speaker: Dr. Callisia Clarke
Dr. Callisia N. Clarke is a surgical oncologist at the Froedtert Hospital Cancer Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin and a nationally recognized expert in cancer disparities and gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Appointed by President Biden to the National Cancer Advisory Board, her work focuses on advancing equity through research and surgical workforce diversity. She is the first Black woman to serve as President of the Association for Academic Surgery and holds leadership roles in the Society of Surgical Oncology and the American Board of Surgery.
